- Suffolk Cottage, March 2025. Getting ready for a probate sale.
This two bed rural cottage belonged to an elderly gentleman. The family were keen to create a charming house with a characterful interior with loads of appeal. Restylng with exsisting contents, changing the layout and purpose of the two main rooms and using just a handful of props.We swapped the two rooms around to create a multi functional relaxing, eating and work station. The other was styled as a traditional sitting room, just asking for chilling, listening to music, having a drink and watching nature through the French windows.
Any potential purchases will now see themselves living there.
Before.
The cottage before the restyling started, was cold, lacking in colour and personality. There was a formal dining room and a sitting room with an awkward space and one large sofa dominating the room.

This six bed village home belonging to a multi-generational family. They were keen to maximise the properties charm for a swift sale. With contents spilling out of room with a life time of collecting as well as two teenage boys, this home came alive with de-cluttering and sharp placement of furniture. Paddocks, stables and a stunning gazibo were also captured and staged to showcase this characterful and gracious home.
